Day JOB SUMMARY: At the direction of the Director and Manager of the New England Alliance for Health (NEAH) Quality Management Department and NEAH leadership, serve as an advocate, facilitator, coordinator and consultant to the quality improvement, patient safety, and operational efficiency efforts for and across NEAH organizations. Expand the capabilities of clinicians, managers and administrators by providing them with resources (i.e. skills, knowledge, time, etc.) to accomplish specific organizational objectives. Promote the use of professional standards, regulatory requirements (e.g. TJC, CMS, etc.), and data to monitor and improve performance. These will be accomplished by working with local quality improvement staff and leaders at each site and by coordinating the work through the NEAH Quality Management Department and various NEAH Affinity groups. Travel to and from NEAH organizations on a daily basis
