• Must be a Neonatal Resuscitation Provider. • Registered nurse with a current licensure in the State of Virginia. • Current licensure as a nurse practitioner in the State of Virginia. • Eligible to sit for neonatal certification with the certification successfully obtained within one year of employment. • Minimum of three years of experience as a registered nurse in a Level 3/Sub-specialty neonatal intensive care unit. • Competent to provide neonatal assessments and provide the care and treatment indicated. • Delivery of family focused care. • Provide education to neonatal intensive care unit staff and other health care professionals as indicated. • Works as a team player with patients, physicians, families, staff and peers. • Criminal background and/or central registry check(s) required and continued employment based on outcome of report(s).
