Clincal Operations Manager

Spokane Cardiology is a very busy cardiology office with 17 physicians and 5 locations. We employ approximately 140 employees. We are currently looking for a high level manager for clinical operations. Must have prior management experience. Clinical experience required. Bachelors, PA, ARNP. Duties include but are not limited to:
Directs utilization of clinical personnel to provide safe and efficient flow within the clinic while optimizing the use of physician time
Manages clinical staff schedules to provide adequate clinical coverage
Oversees patient schedules in a manner that provides timely patient care and service to referring physicians
Interviews, hires, and develops training guidelines for clinical area
Works with Executive Director in staff discipline, terminations and documentation of same
Establish performance standards and clinical policies for clinical departments
Analyzes and recommends changes in organizational systems, policies and procedures and the implementation in clinical areas
Monitor and evaluate patient and referring physician satisfaction
Organize and assign responsibilites for leads in clinical areas
