Clinical Coordinator
Location: Bismarck - North Dakota
Rate: N/A (Permanent) + Healthcare Insurance Benefits Equivalent to N/A + Healthcare Insurance Benefits
Nursing degree from an approved school of nursing; BSN required National certification or demonstrated progress towards completion. Licensure: License to practice professional nursing in the state of North Dakota. Experience: Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience; preferred. Skills: Working knowledge of basic clinical skills in delivery of patient care. Basic Life Support Certification within 480 hours of employment and meets re-certification as required. Interpersonal Skills: Good communication skills are necessary because of the constant communication, both oral and written, with patients, families, visitors, and medical center staff. Accountable for own conduct and promotes and supports positive working relationships among staff, between other disciplines, departments, families, visitors and patients. Maintains confidentiality. Physical Effort: Medium: Involves a maximum physical effort requirement of 50 pounds. Hours of Work: Days, occasional evening Rotating holidays and weekends may be required. Other: Works under the following conditions: potential exposure to mechanical, chemical, electrical and infectious environmental hazards. Able to perform effectively in emergency and stressful situations.
