Monday-Friday with periodic rotations to off-shifts Day Bachelor's of Science RN Required 2 year of experience required Job Summary: In collaboration with, and under the direction of the Psych Nursing Director, Clinical Coordinator, and unit based leadership team, the Clinical Educator is responsible for coordinating the orientation program for all new employees within the department, and facilitating continuing education and staff development programs for the nursing staff. The clinical educator will work primarily Monday through Friday except for periodic rotations to off-shifts for staff education and quality monitoring. MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE BSN with a minimum of one year of specialty clinical experience required. Prior Med/Surg. experience preferred, equivalent experience and education may be considered. Master’s prepared nurse preferred. Equivalent experience and education may be considered. Specialty certification preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
