Clinical Lab Scientist IV Lab-Hematology Job

7:00am - 3:30pm Day Bachelor's of Science This is a Day shift team-leader position with primary responisbility for differential and fluid analysis and with weekend and holiday responsibilities; schedule to be determined by departmental needs. The successful candidate will perform aspects of routine and specialized Hematology, Coagulation & Urinalysis testing. As a part of the Hematology leadership team this person acts a technical resource, is a part of the sections education and competency planning, including but not limited to student lectures, document control management, and oversight of the CAP and Non-CAP Proficiency Programs. MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Associate’s degree with MLT (ASCP), or the equivalent in education and clinical laboratory experience required with 5 years laboratory experience (as CLS I/II or comparable position) or a Bachelor’s degree with MT (ASCP) or the equivalent in education and clinical laboratory experience required with 3 years laboratory experience (as a CLS II/III or comparable position)
