Clinical Pharmacist Specialist Pharmacy Job

Day JOB SUMMARY: In collaboration with the health care team, ensure that the Pharmacy provides the optimal drug therapy to patients as evidenced by proper drug selection, dose, route, duration of therapy, and cost effectiveness. Develop, implement, and coordinate pharmacy programs and enhance the quality of existing services in specialty area. Serve as a drug information resource to other pharmacists and health care professionals, as well as address the learning needs of the staff. MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a minimum of three years of combined clinical pharmacy/specialty and/or residency experience required. Pharm D preferred. Current NH licensure required. Must have demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision, with the ability to set priorities and make critical decisions.
