Clinical Staff Pharmacist Pharmacy Job

8am - 5pm Day General Staff Pharmacist Per Diem- No Benefits MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a Bachelors of Science in Pharmacy; Pharm D degree preferred. Must be currently licensed to practice in the state of NH. Previous health system experience preferred. Must be able to work independently with minimal direct supervision, to set priorities, make critical decisions, respond quickly to emergency requests, handle frequent interruptions, and adapt to changes in workload. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential. M-F with rotations into evenings, weekends and holidays. At the direction of the Pharmacy Supervisor, provide pharmaceutical care services by dispensing medications, monitoring patients' drug therapies, and providing consultation to medical and nursing staff. Exercise sound professional judgment in assuming responsibility for the medication use process and for patient outcomes, following pre-established policies, procedures, and protocols.
