Day Director - Birthing Pavilion JOB SUMMARY: Working under the direction of the Vice President and in collaboration with the Medical Directors, you will take responsibility for systematic provision of patient care on the Birthing Pavilion and provide leadership for the achievement of the organization's mission. In addition, you will partner with teammates to improve quality, facilitate efficient systems and empower staff to a attain excellence in the provision of patient and family centered care. MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Requires a Master's degree, five years' in management, and current registration to practice professional nursing in New Hampshire.
