Full Time days Day JOB SUMMARY: Direct all administrative and management activities for the Department of Orthopaedics in partnership with the Chairman and Vice Chairman of Orthopaedics. Lead the administrative team in carrying out the day-to-day operations of the Department. Lead planning for the development of surgical professional services. MINIMUM EDCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in health care administration, preferably in the ambulatory care setting, or the equivalent education and experience. Master’s degree preferred. The ability to relate to and deal effectively with physicians, administrators, support staff and the general public with a high degree of tact and discretion desired.
