The Emergency Department Technician (EDT) works under the supervision of a Nurse while providing care to patients in varying states of health and illness during their time in the Emergency Department. The EDT functions as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team and should be fully versed in all areas of the Emergency Department operations. The EDT must have the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and as well as exhibit willingness and the ability to communicate department standards and expectations. Job Requirments: 1.High School Diploma or Equivalency 2.EMT-I Certification 3.BLS Certification 4.One year EMT-I experience preferred
