Job Requirements: The position of Family Practice Physician / FPP will have the following requirements:
• 1 Year Experience within the last 3 Years
• BLS
• Any State License
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Practice
Facility Description: Fort Wainwright is a United States Army Post in Fairbanks, Alaska. It is home to the United States Army Garrison, Task Force 49, and Medical Activity Alaska. Medical Activity Alaksa’s mission is to provide the highest quality medical care and maintain a deployable readiness posture at all times by utilizing Deployment Cycle Support (DCS) programs, individual readiness training, outcomes based clinical and administrative practices, and health promotion and wellness programs.
