Under the general direction of the Budget/Analysis Manager, the financial analyst will perform the technical duties of coordinating, preparing, and reporting the formal budget process. The financial analyst will also be responsible for the monthly responsibility reporting process and conducting financial feasibility studies. Special projects will include preparation of incremental impact analyses, COPN filings, charge structure evaluations and other government reports (EPIC). The financial analyst will participate as a team member by performing additional assignments not directly related to the job description when workload requires and/or as requested
