EAU CLAIRE, WISCONSIN: Luther Midelfort – Mayo Health System, a thriving, 237-physician directed, fully integrated hospital and multispecialty clinic, is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician for a traditional patient practice with a 4-½ day workweek. Call schedule averages 1:10 (2 IM’s on every 7 th weekend and one on every 14 th weekday. Call person does all admissions after noon on week days; on call day you are in the office until noon; there are no afternoon office appointments. You are able to leave early the day after call and weekday call is usually scheduled before your ½ day off. There are an average of 4-8 admissions/day on weekday call. There are 4-8 admissions total for the weekend call plus rounds for 7 providers).
