Evaluate, design, and conduct training sessions in coordination with the Manager's needs for new and existing staff. Provides coaching and feedback to team memebers for performance improvement. Promote team building and facilitate effective, open, two-way communications, including on-boarding of new staff. Assist Area Account Managers and Client Service managers by developing appropriate on-site and distance learning educational programs for all account executives and client sales specialist to improve laboratory knowledge, billing and medical necessity requirements and software applications for laboratory physician access products.
