Days, 40hrs/week M-F Day Full time. Days M-F. Under the direction of the Community Health Center (Buck Road) Nurse Manager, the Licensed Practical nurse will provide both clinical and administrative support in an ambulatory care setting. The LPN will provide basic nursing care which includes taking vital signs, performing routine office procedures and testing, participating in patient teaching, communicating effectively with others and participating in decision making. The LPN is responsible for patient flow, basic operational duties both clinical and administrative in nature and maintaining a safe patient care environment.
