Substance Abuse/Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (T) Clinician. Master's level therapist will implement a manualize individual cognitive behavioral therapy treatment for substance use with adolescents diagnosed with co-morbid mental health disorders. Experience in substance use treatment and family therapy strongly desired. Familiarity with cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing helpful, but not required. Position will include extensive training in the manualized interviewing and on going supervision. Clinician will work closely with team including psychiatrist and researches at university clinic to assess effectiveness of treatment modality. Duties also include assistance with recruiting participants, intakes, scheduling appointments, audio-taping sessions, maintaining all required T documentation, report writing and communication with participants and families as needed. A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work or Psychology is required. An LPC or LSCW is required. Three years of experience in Substance Abuse Treatment and Family therapy is required; experience with behavior therapy and motivational interviewing is preferred.
