The Director of Med/Surg is responsible for the overall operations of Medical Surgical services for Pampa Regional Medical Center, as well as total delivery of quality patient care through the appropriate delegation of responsibility to staff members. Develops and initiates programs and policies that improve patient care and patient satisfaction. Collaborates with other disciplines and departments to facilitate communications, change and process improvement. Maintains knowledge of current trends in clinical practice specific to the Medical/Surgical Unit.
Graduate of a accredited school of nursing
Current RN license in the State of Texas
5+ Years Nursing Experience
1-3 Years Management Experience
BSN
