Under general direction of the department Manager, assist with the imaging processing, maintenance and training related to the scanning of medical records within the Cerner Profile Document Imaging (CPDI) software. Responsibilities include the preparation, scanning, quality control and validation activities of CPDI software as well as medical record deficiency analysis. Serves as a resource to staff on the software functioning and provides ad hoc training in all CPDI modules and tools as necessary. Troubleshoots CPDI and resolve application related issues. Provides feedback on a daily basis with respect to unusual or problematic events.
