8a-5p Day Bachelor's of Science Supervisory experience MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree with minimum of five years of directly related experience, including progressively responsible experience in HR and benefits administration. Experience and demonstrated ability to manage the administration of comprehensive Retirement and Health & Welfare benefit programs within a full-service HR service center environment. Strong customer service orientation. Must possess the ability to manage a team that operates under time pressure, pursue multiple goals, and facilitate change in response to a dynamic environment. Ability to administer benefit plans and compliance programs desired. Ability to build teams, as well as select, train and develop staff required. JOB SUMMARY: At the direction of the Director of Benefits, within an HR service center model, manage the team of Benefits Representatives, Benefits Specialists, and other designated employees responsible for administering all health & welfare and retirement benefit programs. Ensure these programs are administered accurately, equitably, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Ensure team responds to employee inquiries consistently, accurately, and in keeping with target service level metrics. Build and manage Benefit Operations as a service center/call center. Ensure outstanding customer service to Benefits' constituents. Build effective, collaborative working relationships with Benefits' partners both internally and externally
