Day RN Required JOB SUMMARY: Under the guidance of and in collaboration with the Department Director and within a Shared governance structure, you will be accountable for the overall supervision, management, and direction of patient and family-centered care provided in the Adult Intensive Care Unit. An essential part of your role will be promoting the mission, vision, and goals of the organization at the departmental level, assuring he highest quality of patient care, while encouraging and involving staff in problem solving at the level closest to the problem. MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Requirements for this position include a BSN degree, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and 2 years of combined staff nurse and leadership experience, or equivalent. Experience with Shared Governance is preferred
