Nurse Supervisor

Supervises and delivers high quality patient-focused health care services that meet the assessed and individually planned needs and desires of all patients on the nursing unit. The Nurse Supervisor, who reports to a Nurse Manager, supervises assigned unit personnel, assesses staffing needs, and ensures that patient dignity and privacy is maintained through the preservation of confidentiality of information and data.
