Holds 24 hour accountability for the over-all management of assigned nursing unit. Primary role focuses on assuring the provision of effective, quality care for the residents. BSN degree in Nursing preferred. 3-5 years of progressively responsible nursing experience, including charge nurse or supervisory duties, preferably in a long-term care setting.
