8am - 5pm Day MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy. New Hampshire licensure required. JOB SUMMARY: The Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center’s Spine Center has a great career opportunity for an Occupational Therapist who wants to work with a world-class multidisciplinary team of therapists, nurses, and medical and surgical physicians deeply committed to the care of people with a wide variety of spinal problems. Your day will include assessing, training and teaching patients in our Functional Restoration Program with skilled PTA and OT/PT staff and opportunities to evaluate and treat patients, and to help maintain a functional assessment program in the Center’s clinics with strong support from your clinical colleagues. There is a built-in learning and development program including teaching rounds, journal club, case presentations and very “doable” research opportunities. Experience with work conditioning and return to work/activity counseling is a plus
