Day Master's Degree 2 year of experience required Acts as internal consultant within DHMC, working with all Hospital and Clinic departments, including physician and administrative leaders, to meet the organization’s mission, values and goals. Work with managers and staff through formal assessments, teaching and coaching to increase managerial and staff effectiveness. Provide leadership in application of Employee Relations policy across the organizations. Foster and support strategies that promote employee recognition and retention. MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Master’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required. Additional preparation in organizational development, distance learning, and/or business desired. Excellent communication skills essential. Strengths are required in coordination, collaboration, leadership, and consensus building among groups of varying sizes, with the ability to respond to and incorporate varied perspectives and insights
