Outpatient Therapist
Location: Kokomo - Indiana
Rate: N/A (Permanent) + Healthcare Insurance Benefits Equivalent to N/A + Healthcare Insurance Benefits
Reporting to Supervisor, utilizes professional training to provide psychotherapy to clients. Evaluates patient’s condition and history, formulates and implements treatment plans. Actively promotes Behavioral Health Services to the community, develops and coordinates services with outside social agencies to maximize the impact of the treatment process. Master’s Degree from an accredited school required. 6 months experience preferred LCSW, PHD, LMHC or LMFT required CADAC required.
