Must possess skills to interpret physician referrals, perform patient assessments, plan and implement specific treatment programs according to the principles and practices of Physical Therapy. Will supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapy Assistants and support staff to achieve efficient clinical activity and quality patient care, both in-patient and outpatient. Must have the ability to communicate with physicians, patients/families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team regarding patient care.
