The physical therapist is responsible for provision of physical therapy within the regulations of the NC Board of Physical Therapy to include admissions, patient evaluation, administration of treatments, teaching, documentation of services in the patient's medical record, and appropriate communication/conduct. Provides mentoring and supervision to PTA's, students, other Home Health staff as assigned.
