POSITION Responsible for the evaluation, treatment plan, and execution of a physical therapy program which will enable a patient to reach their maximal functional performance. This includes prevention, identification, correction, and alleviation of acute or prolonged movement dysfunction of anatomic or physiologic origin. Outpatient population includes pediatric age group. Inpatient population includes pediatric, school age, adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groups. MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor''s degree in physical therapy from an accredited program by the American Physical Therapy Association. PREFERRED EDUCATION: Master''s degree in physical therapy from an APTA accredited physical therapy program. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: New graduate from accredited APTA program. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: One to two years with experience in outpatient orthopedic setting/inpatient acute care setting. REQUIRED CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION: PT licensed or eligible for licensure in Illinois; current Healthcare.
