A registered professional physical therapist that delivers individual comprehensive care to patients through the rehabilitation department, utilizing therapeutic use of self, innovative technology, and collaboration among patients. Is responsible for providing leadership and mentoring to the rest of the rehabilitation staff, as demonstrated by coordinating, delegating, and guiding patient care to achieve an optimal level of function for each patient through treatment and education.
•Must be a graduate or have a certificate/diploma from an APTA approved school of Physical Therapy; or a school approved by the World Congress of Physical Therapy
•Must have a current PT license, or acquire a current temporary license and pass the State Licensure Examination.
