Physical Therapist - Pediatric emphasis (2532)

Responsible for providing evaluation and treatment of physical therapy services with a patient centered focus. Assumes responsibility for patient education. Collaborates with other professionals and members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Coordinates the delivery of patient care in an efficient cost effective manner. Works with Outpatient Pediatric population. Job Bachelor’s degree, Masters or corresponding certification in physical therapy from an accredited college or university. Three years of experience is required - Pediatric NDT training is preferred. Two years pediatric experience preferred. Eligible for or currently licensed in the State of Wisconsin. CPR certification required within 90 days of hire. Basic computer literacy. Good written/verbal communication skills.
