Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner

Raleigh Orthopaedic seeks a North Carolina licensed Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner to join our mid-level provider team. Position supports regular daytime clinic as well as marketing responsibilities for the growth and development of the After Hours Clinic. Compensation includes incentivized pay as well as shift differential for After Hours Clinic between the hours of 6 and 9 PM.
Position is responsible for providing musculoskeletal health care services for walk-ins and appointments including diagnostic and emergency patient care, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, medication/medical device prescriptions. This is an outpatient clinic setting with alternating work week schedules of 8 AM to 6 PM for clinic and 1 PM to 9 PM for After Hours Clinic.
Must be able to work independently and be comfortable interpreting X-rays. Requires strong interpersonal and patient/family interaction skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills and must work carefully with attention to detail. Orthopaedic experience required.
