Practice Manager Audiology Job

Day Supervisory experience This full time position will work collaboratively with the Audiology and Otolaryngology. Act as an institutional resource to Section Chief and Director of Medical Services & Director of Surgery to facilitate the integration and management of all daily functions of the section to ensure optimal patient access and customer satisfaction. Work collaboratively with the Section Chief and Medical Director in providing management support for the planning and day-to-day operations of the section. Integrate the institutional perspective in these local operating systems. Encourage standardization of processes and procedures. Assist in budget preparation, and other financial planning to optimize the productivity of the section. Work collaboratively with others to assist in strategic planning for and successful attainment of programmatic initiatives. MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's of Science degree with three to five years of related supervisory/management experience required. Master's degree preferred. Excellent organization, interpersonal, oral and writing skills required. Exemplary leadership qualities. Prior experience with budgetary preparation and systems development required. The ability to relate and deal effectively with physicians, administrators, support staff, and the general public with a high degree of tact and discretion required.
