Description: Under the direct supervision of the Specialty Clinic Manager, CHC Manager, or/and Clinical Coordinator, the RN-Team Leader provides direction and guidance to RNs. LVNs, and support staff to ensure that patients are provided quality care and services and health center/clinic operates in a timely and efficient manner. The RN-Team Leader serves as a resource and role model for RNs, LVNs and support staff.
