Rate: N/A (Permanent) + Healthcare Insurance Benefits Equivalent to N/A + Healthcare Insurance Benefits
Provide essential assessment on the patient's condition and ongoing evaluation of the patient's status. Develops care plans based on disease process, signs and symptoms, and spiritual needs/concerns. Administers medications safely to patients. Adjusts to varying workload conditions. Demonstrates RN skills as well as unit specific competencies. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and bachelors degree in Nursing or completion of accredited applied science degree program in Nursing. Requires TX RN license and CPR certification. Prefer 1-2 years hospital medical/surgical experience. Prefer ACLS and PALS certification.
