Provides direct bedside patient care on a unit that regularly staffs RNs on a 24 hour, 7 day per week basis. Assesses patients’ needs and develops an individualized plan of care for each patient.Licensure/Certification: Current license in the State of Florida. Maintains current BLS certification, and other certifications as required.Experience: Based on area of assignment, two years of hospital experience may be required. Must meet unit specific performance competencies.
