Works with the multidisciplinary clinical team to identify individual and group needs and interventions for patients. Utilizes the nursing process to meet the needs of patients requiring complex nursing care. Responsible for participating in the development and maintenance of a safe and therapeutic milieu in assigned care area. Also responsible for the ability to demonstrate knowledge of chemical dependency and recovery. Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Vermont. One year psychiatric nursing experience or two years general nursing experience preferred.
