Performs physical and functional assessments, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care within the context of the rehabilitation team process. Nursing process is based on rehabilitation standards of care and the policies of Touro Rehabilitation Center, including those specific to persons with Brain Injury, Stroke, Spinal Cord Injury, other neurological or orthopedic disease/injury, and chronic pain. Delegates to or collaborates with professional and non-professional personnel involved in the delivery of nursing care including TRC therapy staff.
