8am-5pm Day Master's Degree RN Required 2 year of experience required MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Currently registered to practice professional nursing in NH. Master's degree (or matriculation in a Master's program) required. Either Bachelor's or Master's must be in nursing. A minimum of two years of clinical practice experience required. One year of health systems experience strongly desired. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, with experience in the concepts and applications of continuous improvement are essential. JOB SUMMARY: At the direction of the Director of Quality and Patient Safety, act as an internal consultant to further the improvement and innovation of systems and processes as defined by organizational priorities. Work with senior leaders, clinicians, managers and staff to develop and implement improvements in quality, safety and efficiency. Expand the capabilities of clinicians, managers and administrators by providing them with resources (i.e., skills, knowledge, time, data and project management) to accomplish specific objectives. Promote the use of professional standards, regulatory requirements (e.g. Joint Commission, CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid)), and data to improve and guide patient care. Use discretion when working with confidential clinician and patient information to promote deeper understanding of systems failures. Foster and support improvement using appropriate change methodologies
