Responsible for evaluation of patient’s physical condition/needs and design/implementation of corrective treatment plan which includes continuous assessment of patient’s progress and modification of the plan/goals as necessary, collaborative consultation with other health care professionals and maintenance of accurate/timely medical/business records. Has supervisory responsibilities over the clinical activities of P.T. assistant and clerical staff, and at least one affiliating student per year. Graduate of accredited program in P.T. (Bachelor or Master of Science) required. Previous experience in acute care preferred, but entry level is acceptable. State of Vermont license CPR certifications required.
