Responsible for assessing the health status of individuals and groups, establishing nursing diagnoses, identifying and planning goals to meet health care needs, prescribing nursing interventions, implementing the plan of care and evaluating and documenting responses to interventions. Prior telemetry and pediatric experience helpful. Graduate of RN accredited program required. 2 years previous Med-Surg nursing experience preferred. Registered Nurse currently licensed by the State of Vermont and current BLS healthcare provider status required. Post Hire BMH IV Certification.
