Responsible for assessing the health status of individuals and groups, establishing nursing diagnosis, establishing goals to meet identified health care needs, planning a strategy of medical or health care, prescribing nursing interventions to fulfill the strategy of care, implementing the strategy of care and evaluating documented responses to interventions. Graduate of RN accredited program required. BSN preferred. Minimum of one year of Operating Room RN experience and electronic charting required Also requires one year recent acute care experience. Registered Nurse currently licensed by the State of Vermont. BLS healthcare provider status. OR training program CNOR preferred.
