M - F Swing Shift, Some Weekends and Holidays Day High School/GED Under the general direction of the Anatomic Pathology Support Staff Manager assume lead responsibility for the functioning of Path East Specimen Receiving. Act as a resource and provide team leadership to the staff working in the assigned area(s). Direct and assume responsibilities for the activities of assigned staff and areas. Share with Support Staff Manager the responsibilities for overall quality of service, operations, and direction of the section. Monday - Friday Swing Shift with some Weekend and Holiday Coverage. The actual schedule may change depending upon the needs of the section. flexibility and the ability to work independently essential. MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: High school graduate with three years appropriate laboratory experience required or the appropriate combination of education and experience. Experience in a leadership role preferred
