Ultrasonographer Radiology - Ultrasound Job

8am - 5pm Day MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Graduate of an A.M.A. approved allied health program, with one year of relevant experience required. Successful completion of Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers is preferred. Certified in Basic Cardiac Life Support. Experience in the use of Doppler and pulse Doppler preferred. This is a day shift position with weekend and call responsibilities. Actual schedule will be determined based on department need. JOB SUMMARY: At the administrative direction of the Radiology Manager and the clinical direction of the Radiologist/Team Leader, perform ultrasound examinations which include real-time, 3D & 4D imaging as well as familiarity with multiple imaging modalities. Experience in High Risk Ob, Infertility and Ultrasound guided biopsies is preferred
