varies Day Master's Degree RN Required VP of Emergency Services and Inpatient Women and Children JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the Direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, assume responsibility for the overall organizationand management of Inpatient Women and Children (CHaD) services and Emergency Services. Provide effective leadership to assure patient care of the highest safety and quality includingproviding direction and guidance to department directors and managers in planning, organizing and directing the operation of assigned departments. Effectively develop strategic, operating, and capital plans for the Division as well as participate in setting operational goals for the organization
